![]() There are 1 or 2 pairs of moves that are nigh-completely identical to each other, but have varying differences in speed, allowing you to potentially fake out an opponent by predicting a spotdodge and punishing hard. All you need to do with him is space properly and mix up what you do. Said tricks will be explained later, but with his central kit, it’s probably much more honest and fundamental than what I usually make. ![]() I didn’t actually design Latch with any real purpose or central design he’s more of a Mario/Ike hybrid, but he does have some special tricks to abuse. Regardless, he’s big and likes to swing around his giant metal tail, so I’m going with a slower, heavier archetype (MY FAVORITE!), but not too far on the scale. The funny thing about Lethal League is that even though every character has different skills and attributes that make them feel completely unique from one another, they both move and attack at nearly the exact same speed, for pretty obvious gameplay reasons you would quickly figure out if you played. Let’s just get this over with and get to the good stuff, shall we? Usual stuff, this is a concept created entirely in a Word document so this isn’t perfect, and I would love your opinion on it afterwards. So, since he’s cool and EDGY, I’m going to transfer his moveset over to Smash. And to top this all off, he’s really good at one of the world’s most well-known illegal sports: Lethal League (or whatever the hell it’s canonically called). Due to this, he’s (somehow) very good with robotics, so he lives in the sewers with his modified submarine HQ. Latch is a cybernetically augmented crocodile (alligator? Idk) with an awesome metallic, likely prosthetic tail and a high IQ. I’ll go over the game in greater detail some other time, but I’ll introduce the character to you here and now. I would have done Candyman quite a while ago, but it would have been too similar to the previous moveset made for him so I avoided looking like a copier and as such I’m doing Latch, my current main. So, I’m hoping you’ve already seen the Candyman moveset that was posted quite a while ago, because otherwise this is most likely your first dive into Lethal League, my second favorite fighting game. ![]() This will take you a few minutes, but you will reach one million with this technique.I know I pretty much just made a moveset, but this one interested me and it was surprisingly easy to make.Īhem. Repeat and watch the meter on the boombox at the bottom of the screen. You want to keep the ball going horizontally. This may take a few tries to get the timing down.) You want to time the jump so you jump right as your character blinks white.ĭo not press any direction inputs while you are hitting the ball, or it will make the ball bounce off and it will kill player two. Release the hit button right as you jump (Time your jump so you hit the ball. If you’re doing the charge correctly, your character will blink white. Hold the hit button and then jump right away. To do this you need to do a charged hit jump. If you did this correctly the ball will be bouncing from left wall to right wall horizontally above you. Jump up and release the ball so it is above your head and player two’s head. LETHAL LEAGUE CANDYMAN VS LATCH FULLWith a full energy bar, use Latch’s special ability to catch the ball in your mouth. ![]()
